Here at the Best Western Aux Ducs de Bourgogne, the guest comes first. My team and I will be overjoyed to welcome you to our hotel, where we'll go out of our way to live up to and beyond your expectations.
I would recommend the above hotel. The room was lovely and clean and tidy when I arrived, and it was cleaned every day. The Reception staff were very welcoming, polite and friendly and so a very good atmosphere. I did not use the dining area as I went out to eat so I cannot comment about the meals. I would consider returning to this hotel in future. Many thanks.
This hotel is a couple of minutes walk from the Seine, incredibly close to all the main areas of interest for tourists. There are lots of places to eat within a few minutes walk. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Need I say more? Will I be coming back to this hotel? Yes! It gets 10 points out of 10 from me.
Our stay at this hotel was a faultless experience from check in until we departed. Staff were always very pleasant, warm & welcoming. Those on the front desk spoke excellent English & were very knowledgeable & helpful with all our needs. Everything in the hotel functioned well. The non-smoking room that we had was small but quiet, fresh, exceptionally clean & serviced daily to an extremely high standard. Decor was stylish & the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was modern & we had plenty of hot water for showers. Wireless internet functioned well. The hotel is located very central to everything a tourist could want. A metro is within a few hundred metres & 2 supermarkets are close by. We more than highly recommend this hotel & will definitely stay here again. Mishelle & Mark
My daughter and I were delighted with this hotel in Paris. Very comfortable, friendly and beautifully decorated. The central location made it very easy to walk to most of the sites we wanted to see. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definately stay here again.
