It was my first time in Paris. All the hotel crew, especially the manager Valentine, let me feel like home. Stephanie and Theo helped me a lot about any request I had from them. I'm really impressed about their hospitality, kindness and professional behaviour. You must be proud of having managers and employees like you have in BW Mercedes. I liked the facilities. The room was comfortable and clean. Teh location was excellent, at walking distance from the ARc de Tripomphe and in the same block of the Wagram Station of the Metro. I specially want to mention the fine service given by the front desk attendants. At check in they helped in all possible ways to accommodate our needs. At check out in the wee hours of the morning, the front desk attendant (young man) even got us some coffee and croissants, so that we would not have an empty stomach on our trip back to the airport. I liked our stay and would recommend it.

Room is nice and clean. Staff are friendly and very helpful. We would come back here on our next visit to Paris.

My stay would have been more enjoyable had there been tea and coffee making provisions in the room as in your other Best Western hotels I have stayed in, but the cleanliness of the room and the lovely staff made my stay a pleasure.
