Thankyou for your welcome home e mail I enjoyed my stay at hotel Mercedes very much the staff were were very helpful friendly and charming. My stay would have been more enjoyable had there been tea and coffee making provisions in the room as in your other Best Western hotels I have stayed in, but the cleanliness of the room and the lovely staff made my stay a pleasure. Thankyou Valentine and I hope to return to Paris in the near future.

A charming hotel with an interesting decor. We were due to stay for 3 nights, but had to cut our stay short to a family emergency, but the hotel were great in helping us make arrangements and were very understanding. I look forward to having a proper stay in future!

I want to congratulate the hotel for the attention, all the employees were very nice, specially the two ladies in charge of the reception during the day, they are just great and helped me a lot with the language. The hotel is OK, I expected a bigger room, but it was OK. As always, the difference is marked by people, and your people are great.

We had a very enjoyable, comfortable stay. Especially commendable was the hotel staff. They were very accommodating , pleasant and helpful. The reception staff was very well versed in the English language which made our stay very comfortable as first time visitors to Paris.
