Nice welcome and great staff willing to assis on different matters. Clean rooms. I thought the breakfast was expensive.

Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, excellent English. Quiet location in a very pleasant neighborhood, away from the hubbub of the tourist track, with a good choice of restaurants - and a grocery store - nearby. A Metro stop is just around the corner, making the city sights easily accessible. Free wireless and in-room coffee and tea (ask the desk). Clean, comfortable during our six-day stay (wife and I) and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Dear Folks, For some reason I am having a hard time getting into the below listed sight, however I did want to get back to you and reply with my deepest gratification and let you know how happy I and my family were with your hotel. When we stayed there a week or two ago we had the best experience. Between Valentin, Stephanie, and the gentleman that worked in the evening, I am sorry that I do not know his name, at the front desk, they were all very nice and helpful. The two rooms we had were also very beautiful. I would be happy to recommend your hotel to any and all of our family and friends and to stay there again. My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. The service we received from Stephanie was the best. She deserves a raise. Any little problem was taken care of on the spot with a smile and an apolige. We will stay again there for sure. A/C worked great!!! Bob Eggers LOS ANGELES CA
