The hotel was very well priced for its comfort level but what took our stay to a higher level was the service of the front desk staff, especially Stephanie. She was incredibuly friendly, informative, and just pleasurable. It was also well connected via line 6 metro and the RER. I would definitely stay here again.
We stayed nine days at the Hotel Mercedes. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The facility was very clean and updated. It is close to the Metro and had plenty of great places to eat in the area. We really enjoyed our stay here.
The location was very good- close to the metro and not too far from the Arc de Triumphe. The hotel staff was amazing and very helpful when we had specific questions about certain sites we wanted to see, where to eat, and how to best get around. The room was clean, quaint, nice. We were on the bottom floor and it was still very quiet. Some people mentioned a small bathroom but I saw nothing wrong with a the shower and the bathroom was an adequate size.
Stephanie was amazing. She went far above and beyond good service at the front desk.
