Really nice and helpful staff. All spoke english well. That made communication easy, since I can't speak any french. Shifting breakfast time due to early departure was no problem. We had a great time. Thank you.

My wife and I were on a whistle stop tour weekend in France. We stayed in the Premier Opal because of it's proximity to the Gare St. Lazare and the Buddha Bar which was our destination for Saturday evening. I was surprised and delighted with the clean, bright decor in the lounge and breakfast room. The bedroom was lovely, again with luxurious, oriental decor and a very comfortable bed. I would stay there again

We have stayed in Hotel's all over the world and the Opal is second to none. First of all, you're appreciated so much for what you've done for us while we were in Paris. Secondly, it's comforting to know that you and your staff had their heart in their work. Mostly, just knowing you were all so thoughtful is a true gift in itself. Taking time to find the candy store "Glups" was very thoughtful. Giving directions to different location was also appreciated. You never stopped caring or making a difference. It wasnt my first stay in Opal beacuse its in a very convenient location and quite nice. But i must say that service improved enourmosly comparing to previous stays , breakfast was included in the price and i was asked more that once at the reception if everything is fine and i am happy with my room. I definetely will stay in Opal during my next visit.
