very charming and welcoming.
The location of the hotel is *EXCELLENT*! Less than 2 minutes from Champs Elysees!! Hotel breakfast is very nice and cheap, I strongly recommend it. Hotel staff is marvelous and the rooms are pretty small but very comfortable and stylish! I really enjoyed the stay!
I had very nice stay. Because of very friendly staff and so nice location. The room was so clean and it was very calm though it is nearby avenue Champs Elysees. I feel little useless that the aisle was dark so I hardly find the key-hole to open our room's door. But, I'd like to stay again in this hotel when I visit Paris. Thanks to all staffs.
My wife and I are regular Paris visiters and we are usually staying in the same perimeter: Franklin-Concorde-Madelaine-St.Honore. Nevetheless this was our first stay in Hotel Mathis and I have to say on behalf of both of us that it was a very pleasant stay. All the personnell of the reception desk was extremly kind and helpful. We have the same appreciation for the cleaning lady as well. The token of our satisfaction is the fact that we already scheduled another trip to Paris for next March when we will stay for sure at Hotel Mathis Elysee. THERE IS THOUGH ONE OLY THING THAT WAS UNCONFORTABLE: WHEN WE ARRIVED ON 17.12 AT MIDNIGHT THE ROOM WAS EXTRMLY COLD (ALTHOUGH WE CONFIRMED BY PHONE AT 16 HOURS OUR LATEARRIVAL) AND IT TOOK UNTIL THE MORNING TO HEAT IT. I THINK IT WILL BETTER IF YOUE GUESTS FIND THE ROOMS NICE AND WARM WHEN THEY ARRIVE. DON'T YOU THINK?
