This is the second time we have stayed at this wonderfully located, compact hotel. As far as location is concerned, it is right in the middle of Champs Elysees, a big advantage. Rooms have been renovated and they have very fancy bathrooms. The common problem with the Parisian Hotels is size of the rooms being too small. Hotel Mathis Elysees also has this problem - perhaps the only problem - being too tight in the rooms. Other than that, I would highly recommend the hotel.
Nice pitoresk hotel, good location. Rooms nice and romantic, interesting hotel bar for night flyers. Attenting personal with a eye for details.
The hotel is in a great central position and is ever so stylish. We loved our room and it stood up to expectations. The Staff were really very friendly and most helpful on all aspects, from booking tours & taxis to recommending restaurants and were just so welcoming. We will defintely stay in the hotel again when next in Paris. Only one small issue and that is the tea and coffee should have been replaced daily. A great hotel with wonderful Staff.
