The hotel group managed by PARIS INN has existed since 1923, when the company acquired its first hotel: the Hotel Printania located at 355 Rue des Pyrenees 75020 Paris (a former prefecture transferred in 2000 to the Fondation Abbe Pierre).

From the meeting in 2000 between Daniel Albar, a third-generation Parisian hotelier, and Jean-Bernard Falco, an expert in hotel transactions, the PARIS INN group was born. Mr and Mrs Albar, as well as their three children, are still working for the company.

As the manager of a nonrated group of independent hotels, PARIS INN is number one in Paris.

PARIS INN currently manages 18 hotels, applying management and marketing methods that are equivalent – even, on certain points, superior - to those used by the largest international hotel chains.
